No credit or refund will be offered for change of mind purchases. If you have a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team before you send anything back.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products (against manufacturing defects), unless stated otherwise. Warranty is not covered for misused products. Should the product be faulty, please let us know so we can work through the process with you for having the problem rectified under the warranty. We will either repair or replace it for you (or if there is no more stock, we will refund you) excluding original delivery costs.
Please let us know within 14 days of purchase in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Once assessed and approved by us, we will contact you to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not return the item without our approval.
Warranty details need to be registered with The Fitness Company within 30 days of purchase. This can be done by returning the Warranty Registration card that is supplied with your product via mail to The Fitness Company or registering online HERE. An original receipt of purchase detailing the model number/name, the serial number on the product, the site that it was purchased from and the purchase date is required to register your warranty and activate any claims within the warranty periods.
