By: Nicolas on 3 April 2020I use this YBell in place of a kettlebell for injury recovery/prevention and rehab for a shoulder injury. It does the job as intended, it is easier to store than a kettlebell and is much more versatile due to its design. It can more easily be used two handed as well as single handed. Highly recommended as an alternative/replacement for a kettlebell due to the hugely increased versatility.
